I highly recommend Precision Auto Solutions! They did an outstanding job from start to finish. They quickly towed my vehicle, diagnosed the problem, and repaired my fuel pump module in no time. They are also a CarMax warranty repair shop and honored my warranty without any hassle, which made the entire experience even better. Their team was professional, honest, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. To top it all off, they even cleaned my car before I picked it up, which was such a thoughtful touch. It’s rare to find an auto repair shop that provides this level of customer service and attention to detail. If you’re looking for fast, reliable, professional service and a shop that works with CarMax warranties, I highly recommend Precision Auto Solutions!

“Absolutely blown away by the 6-inch lift and tire install. The truck looks aggressive and rides smoother than factory. The guys at Precision Auto know what they’re doing—clean work, perfect stance, and attention to every detail. Turnaround was quick and they kept me in the loop the entire time. I could not be happier. If you need work done, Jaafar and his crew will make it happen”

During a very difficult time when my daughter was involved in a wreck, Precision Auto Solutions truly went above and beyond. From the very beginning, their staff stayed on top of everything so I didn’t have to worry about a single thing—and I mean nothing. My daughter had her accident on a Thursday, and by that Saturday they had already worked with the insurance and got her into a vehicle. Not just any vehicle, but a very nice car with all the upgrades—even one where the remote can park the car! If you ever find yourself in need of repairs, towing, or even looking to purchase a car, Precision Auto Solutions is the place to go. They treat you like family, not just another customer. A big shoutout to the owner, to Jabari for always being just a phone call away, and a special thank you to Alma. Also, a big thanks to the insurance representative at their company—we are truly grateful and blessed for all of your help.

My 2024 Silverado got its stock wheels and rims stolen and was left on blocks. I got recommended to take my truck here from Big Rods Wrecker Service. I met Jaafar and initially told him I just wanted my replacement wheels to be the same with black stock Chevy rims. He basically asked me how I felt about going all in and he said that he could keep within the budget. I sent him a picture of the rims and running boards I wanted… and his team ran with it. They nailed it.
